AELD, LLC has used AES over many years for air quality testing, developing asbestos management plans for our Santa Monica office building and performing surveys and cleanup for numerous properties in our industrial portfolio. We found American Environmental Specialists to be on time and on budget with every project they worked for us. Mr. McClung has a problem solving attitude and always responds to our requests for service in a timely, well thought out manner.

We do not hesitate to recommend American Environmental Specialists as consultants in all areas of commercial environmental work.

Jim McClung extended an offer to help on my residential real estate concern and answered each question as needed. Your company has been great! This has been very stressful trying to take care of this under a tight escrow deadline. I told the Realtor who recommended your company what a professional job that was done and about the professional service provided. When I started asking around trying to find a company to do mold testing, I was told it was a scam and to beware of the service and be prepared to be getting ripped off. My experience was far from that.
