Asbestos Surveys & Asbestos Abatement

Depending upon your needs, AES will conduct limited or full asbestos surveys. With full surveys, we sample all accessible suspect materials in accordance with AHERA and other local, state and federal regulations.

Lead Inspections & Lead Abatement

AES conducts lead-based paint inspections in accordance with federal HUD Guidelines and the 2010 RRP Rule. Surveys are either complete or modified, depending on the goals of the project. Inspections are conducted by a Certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor, or other California Lead Certified personnel.

Mold Inspections & Remediation

AES conducts site inspections and obtains samples to gather information necessary for determining the presence of fungal growth. This process takes into consideration the general signs of indicators, moisture levels, occupant health symptoms, and types of fungi reported.
